Add a user

LobbyPal online visitor management system supports 3 types of users:

  • Administrator who can perform all tasks
  • Receptionist who can sign in/out for visitors
  • Hosts who can sign out for his/her visitors

To add a user:

  • Sign into your account as an administrator
  • Click the Users tab
  • Click New
  • Enter the user information
  • Click Save
